A Tale Of Two Hearts – Maxine & Jordan’s Maui Elopement

Having met four years ago thanks to Maxine’s nursing co-worker…Jordan’s sister…the adorable duo were so excited for their Maui Elopement. Preferring to not be the center of attention, and not wanting to manage a big wedding or narrowing down to a small wedding, they knew that an intimate affair was exactly in order. Enjoying a stress-free planning experience, the biggest task they faced was finding Max’s wedding dress…which was no longer available when it was time to order it. Finally tracking it down across state lines, it was the perfect compliment to Jordan’s perfect moisture wicking suit. Something every groom should consider! It was amazing!!! The soft cloud cover and filtered light made for a dreamy scene that lent itself to an ethereal and romantic setting. These two were so sweet with one another and we were so thrilled to share in this moment with them. Island Hopping Happiness – The Nguyen Family’s Maui Portrait

Hailing from Houston, the Nguyen Family was thrilled beyond words to be on island. With an ambitious travel itinerary, the fabulous five-some was hitting Oahu, Kauai, and Maui in six days and had the time of their lives. With this proud mom and dad having honeymooned on Kauai eleven years ago, they were so excited to share their anniversary back in the Aloha state with their awesome trio of children. At nine and six, respectively, the kids had endless amounts of energy as they played along the golden shore of Southside Beach during their Maui Family Portrait. Giggles & Seashells – The Sutton Family’s Maui Portrait

While enjoying their first trip to Maui, the Sutton Family was smiles from ear to ear as they played along the shore. Though the youngsters prefer the pool to the ocean, they are perfectly content to play in the sand and look for seashells. With giggles ringing out through the air, the fabulous foursome was an absolute delight to work with during their Maui Family Portrait. A loving bond clearly felt by all was the underlying theme of our time with the Mid-Westerners as they escaped their winter back home. As the breathtaking morning unfolding around them, the fun times continued and the personalities were on full display. Charlie and Lauren are two of the sweetest kids you will ever meet and we are so pleased we got to hang out with them on one of our favorite beaches. Cliffs of Destiny – Ashley & Bryan’s Maui Wedding

With thanks to her best friend and his cousin, Ashley and Bryan found the love of their life in one another. Now, with the aforementioned matchmakers standing strong as Maid of Honor and Best Man, our gorgeous bride and groom reveled in the romance unfolding all around them during their Maui Wedding. Surrounded by loved ones, and honoring Ashley’s beloved late mother with a lei release, the adorable Missouri couple was on cloud nine while they laughed along to the ceremony that would change their lives forever. Guided by her florist grandmother, Ashley knew precisely which flowers she wanted to compliment the dramatic setting she and her betrothed had chosen. Adoring the jagged edges of the Ironwoods cliffs, the perfect pair were in heaven as they strolled along the shore into the future that surely looks bright. Pearls of Wisdom & Love – Kim & Greg’s Maui Anniversary Portrait

We had the pleasure of first meeting Kim and Greg when we captured their 25th wedding anniversary. Happy Haven From The Rain – The Hylton Family’s Maui Portraits

With four generations gathered on the shore, the Hylton Family celebrated the joy of having everyone together. They also were ecstatic that the weather held out for them! Though the island was being showered from above across our piece of paradise, the gorgeous Southside Beach provided a little haven from the rain for this fabulous family fun. There’s never a dull moment with a two year old on hand and this session was no exception. Raining Beauties – The Kaler Family’s Maui Portraits

Though it was a stormy day, there was sunshine beaming bright from the smiles of the Kaler Family when we caught up with them for their Maui Family Portraits. After we had done Amanda’s senior portraits eight years ago, it was so incredible to welcome back these beauties and spend some time with them on the clear, empty beach. North Shore Romance – Michele & Ron’s Maui Beach Wedding

With the golden sand shifting beneath their feet, Michele and Ron were ecstatic to begin their intimate celebration along the shore. Fortunate that her parents have a home in Kapalua, the darling couple comes here often and loves the island nearly as much as they love one another.
