Pastel Day, Stunning Night – Chelsea & Jay’s Maui Wedding

With the sun sinking towards the sea, Chelsea and Jay gathered on Ironwoods Beach to begin a new phase in their lives. With their eight year old daughter Taytum on hand to share in the joy, they followed along as Kahu Ernest led them towards ‘I Do.’ As Seattle natives that love hiking, skiing, and being on the water, they were in love with the amazing setting and natural beauty all around them. After three years of engagement, it was a night to remember and one they were so thrilled to share with their beloved little girl. The pastel day gave way to a stunning night sky that will forever be immortalized in their Maui Wedding Photography. We are so glad we were a part of this amazing evening with this terrific family. Thank you, Chelsea and Jay, for allowing us to capture the love and joy so clearly on display. You have a beautiful family full life, love, and laughter and we wish you all the best in the adventure ahead. Congratulations & Warm Aloha!!!Maui Wedding Package & Coordination

Dynamic Mother & Daughter Duo – Julie & Katherine’s Portraits

Under a beautiful blue sky, a mother and daughter duo enjoyed a gorgeous morning on the beach. With Katherine growing up before her very eyes, mom Julie wanted to grab on to this moment and freeze it in time. Her baby girl will be heading in to her senior year of high school and, with few photos of the two of them, their trip here from Washington was the perfect opportunity to get a Maui Mother-Daughter Portrait taken. They were treated to a phenomenal day along our Southern shore. With calm waters, crisp colors, and lush landscapes, the setting was all anyone could ask for. We had so much fun with these two and are so grateful to have been included in their plans while here. Thank you, Julie and Katherine! Sunset Skies & Beaming Smiles – Katie & Brandon’s Maui Wedding

They don’t come any sweeter than Katie and Brandon. As a local couple, they love and appreciate the natural beauty always on display in this amazing place we call home. What do they love more? Each other. They are so cute!!! After meeting at Katie’s work, where it took Brandon a couple tries to grab her attention, they became inseparable. When it was time to tie the knot, this handsome groom wanted nothing more than to roll up his pants and marry the love of his life with the sand and sea teasing his toes. Our stunning bride made her way down the beach to where their loved ones had gathered to witness this beautiful moment in their lives. With her borrowed jewelry, blue toes, and new dress complimented by old pieces of lace from her mom’s wedding dress, Katie was a vision along the golden shore. Afterwards, it was time to capture the epic landscapes that made up the background of their big day. Between the bride’s beaming smiles and the groom sweeping the paths so his wife wouldn’t ge

Pitch Perfect in Paradise – Daria’s Senior Portraits

With a bright Hawaiian sun shining overhead, Daria and her family arrived to Baldwin Beach to document another fabulous family vacation and a milestone in this lovely young lady’s life. Heading into her senior year of high school, she’s a talented musician with skills on her flute, violin, and piccolo. College is definitely on the horizon but, as of yet, it’s undecided which school will be lucky enough to have her. All she knows is that it will be somewhere in her home state of Ohio, much to the delight of her loving family. This adorable Mid-Western family is actually one we have come to know over the years. We had the pleasure, a couple of years ago, of shooting the Maui Senior Portrait her Daria’s older brother too. What a fabulous tradition to begin! With two more kids yet to hit this step, we look forward to welcoming back this darling family in the years ahead. Thank you, Daria and family, for choosing Karma Hill Photography again! Welcome back, Ching Family! It’s always a pleasure to see smiling faces return, especially when they are as sweet as this group! The years since we last saw them have been kind. With the adults looking younger while the kids look older, this is still a gorgeous group that we love working with. As always, they are just so excited to gather the whole family together on vacation! Having a Maui Family Portrait to capture the bonding time between the parents, siblings, cousins, and grandparents is such a wonderful way to commemorate the special trip. Mama’s Fish House Magic – The Tobin Family’s Maui Portraits

For the Tobin Family, time in the islands meant family bonding in paradise. Having made the trip from Washington State, they were ecstatic to have fun in the sun with one another. Snorkeling, laughing, fishing, playing. These are the moments that family vacations are made for. A first time in Hawaii for everyone except mom, they wanted to capture a Maui Family Portrait to have as a forever keepsake. Mama’s Fish House Beach was a shining gem with its lush foliage, cool water scenes, and interesting landscapes. A fabulous setting for an awesome family. Though the fishing may have left them empty handed, they have hearts full of love and we were honored to have met them. Thank you, Tobin Family, for choosing the Karma Hill Photography team!
