We met the Hilliard family at DT Fleming last week for their Maui family portrait session. They are from the Pacific Northwest so they wanted more of a rustic ‘Hawaiian’ feel for their portraits. We love the greenery and beachy feel that DT Fleming offers. Staff photographer Cheynice had fun with them as they splashed around in the water with each other. Thank you so much Hilliard Family for choosing us for your Maui family portraits. We hope you had a wonderful vacation and hope you enjoy your pictures.Photographer: Cheynice of Karma Hill PhotographyLocation: DT FlemingTime of Day: MorningCheck out our last Maui family portrait with the Smith Family!
Donna and Greg were married at the Holy Innocents Church last week and we are honored they chose us as their Maui wedding photographers. They were so sweet and their intimate ceremony was just perfect! Afterwards staff photographer Cheynice took the lovely couple and their two close friends outside for some group shots and then into romantic couples portraits. Lahaina Shores beach is right near the church so they took advantage of the beautiful sand and water along that beach. It can be a bit of a challenge to avoid beach goers but from the pictures you’d never know there was another soul around. Thank you so much Donna & Greg for choosing Karma Hill Photography as your Maui wedding photographers! We hope you had a wonderful time!!Time of Day: Mid-DayLocation: Holy Innocents Church and Lahaina Shores BeachPhotographer: CheyniceCheck out our last Maui wedding with Kristina & Mark!
We met Ryan & Ines for their Maui wedding last week at the gorgeous Merriman’s restaurant. They were married overlooking the cliffs and ocean in west Maui. The evening was perfectly overcast and we even got a touch of rain for good luck. After their ceremony, officiated by Reverend Valentine Rosete, staff photographer Naomi took the sweet couple down to the beach for romantic couples portraits. There were beautiful colors in the sky that seemed to match Ines’ bouquet perfectly. Afterwards they enjoyed their dinner and guests up in the restaurant for their wedding reception. It was a wonderful evening to be Maui wedding photographers. Mahalo Ines & Ryan! We hope you enjoy your pictures!!!
Amy & Bill came to Maui to celebrate their 18th Anniversary as well as their birthdays! It was a very special trip for them and we were happy to be able to capture part of it. Staff photographer Ajja met the sweet couple at Ironwoods beach last week on a gorgeous afternoon. The surf was pumping and there was lots of bustle happening along the beach. Ajja was still able to steal some quiet time for the two and capture the beautiful love that they share. On the far end of the beach was a huge honu, turtle, resting on the shore. Amy & Bill were delighted to take a picture with him! Thank you Amy & Bill for choosing us for your Maui anniversary portraits! We hope you don’t wait another 18 years to come to Maui and have your pictures taken by us.Check out our last Maui Anniversary Portraits with the Summers’!
Caroline & Rob were recently engaged and decided to have their engagement portraits done while here in Maui! Caroline’s brother was also planning to propose to his girlfriend Cy so they doubled up on the portrait session and documented it all. During the session Jon got down on one knee and asked for Cy’s hand in marriage. After a little celebratory kiss, staff photographer Cheynice took engagement portraits for each beautiful couple. They were lots of fun and kept the mood very warm and light-hearted. Big Mahalo to all of you for choosing Karma Hill Photography for your Maui engagement portraits!Photographer: Cheynice of Karma Hill PhotographyLocation: SouthsideTime of Day: SunsetCheck out our last Maui engagement portrait with Tret & Brittany!
Maui Family Portraits at sunset on the beach, what could be better!? Well when you are working with your friends it is even sweeter! The Smiths are friends of mine and Gina is also the Librarian for my son’s school! I love spending time with them, they are the sweetest, funniest people and how flippin adorable is their daughter!? I could take pictures of her all day!!
We met the Mozilo family last week at Wailea Beach for their Maui family portraits. They were here on vacation, sitting by the pool relaxing, when they realized they should take family portraits in Maui! I’m pretty sure it was the best decision they made because they were blessed with an amazing beach, sunset, and evening to compliment their amazing family! We don’t typically recommend Wailea Beach because it tends to be very crowded and feels less intimate but after seeing this portrait session, we may have to add it back to the list of favorites. Thank you so much Mozilo family for sharing the evening with us for your Maui family portraits! We hope you enjoy your pictures!Photographer: Sasha of Karma Hill PhotographyLocation: Wailea Beach
